Get Moving for Mental Health

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, ContinuumCloud is excited to be hosting Miles for Mental Health – a virtual 5k on May 29. There are a lot of great reasons to get involved, and we invite you to join the movement with us!

  1. Raise awareness for mental health. Whether you choose to run, skip, hop, walk, or do any other activity that gets you moving, your participation helps raise awareness for mental health – especially when you get your friends to join in!
  2. Raise money for mental health. This is event is free for you, and ContinuumCloud will be donating $10 to Mental Health First Aid for every registrant. Now that’s what we call a win-win!
  3. Win fun prizes. Speaking of winning, we’re raffling off three great prizes for participants. When you share your experience on social and tag us in your post, you’ll be entered into a random drawing to win an Apple Watch, $100 Gift Card, or a 1-year subscription to Calm.
  4. Improve your own mental health. There’s a connection between physical activity and improved mental health, so your participation contributes to your own mental wellbeing as well!
